Runway Gen 2 App
RunwayML is a free app perfect for bringing your Midjourney images to life. With their amazing Gen-2 Text-to-Video tool, you can create short AI generative videos based on text and images.
The animation options Runway Gen-2 offers are still minimal but a lot of fun to experiment with. You don’t have any control over the animation it will generate, and they will most likely be pretty weird. But hey, that’s part of the fun!
For more realistic results, I suggest using their text-to-video option, so you have more control over what you want to see displayed in the actual animation.
The free version offers you 125 credits, which is around 25 seconds of total Gen-2 video material.

Tutorial How to Animate Midjourney Images with RunwayML Gen-2

Step 1: Download the RunwayML app from the Apple or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Open the RunwayML app, tap the create Icon at the bottom, and select GEN-2 Text/Image to Video.
Step 3: Tap Image at the top and the + icon to upload your Midjourney image. Once it’s uploaded, tap Generate. It will take around 1 minute before it’s ready to play and download.
All your uploaded images and generated videos are available in your personal library.
Step 4: Tap Watch Video to look at your creation. To download the video, tap Share to save it to your device.
Step 5: Edit and shorten the videos with the basic video editing tools on your phone, or use Capcut, a handy free video editor for mobile and desktop.
To stitch the videos together, you can also use CapCut, but I usually turn all my clips into one video while making Instagram Reels.
